No problem. We’ll be happy to discuss it with you and make it happen
Can I hire your services with one day notice?
We will do our best to accommodate short notice requests. However, if you are a new client, we require the payment for the block of time and a signed service agreement prior to any “request for service”. (Depending on requested service(s), there may be additional forms.)
What happens if I don’t have enough time left but need a task completed?
We will let you know when you have a half hour left in your block of time so you may have an opportunity to purchase another block of time.
How are the services billed?
If the request is for an errand, the clock begins from the time we arrive at the task site and ends when the task is completed.
How and when can I make my request for service(s)?
You can email or call us Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Note: If there is a same-day request on a Saturday or Sunday, we will do our best to accommodate you.)
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and bonded.
How do you handle advanced purchases?
You have two options:
Option 1:
Client provides us with a credit card or cash in advance
Option 2:
We will advance costs and client will be charged a non-refundable 10% convenience fee. (This option may not be available for larger purchases. Please inquire)
**Reimbursement of expenses shall be made upon presentation of invoice
What areas do you service?
In order to provide personal and quality assistance, we currently serve Azusa, Pasadena, Glendora, Glendale, San Marino, La Crescenta, La Canada/Flintridge, Sierra Madre and surrounding areas. However, if you are not in these areas, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate you.
